January so far has been a bit up and down mainly because of my right hamstring which i injured in December,I have been having pyshio but the progress hasn't been as fast as we hoped so my pyshio Gail Cotton has told me to take a week off the ice to give it rest and has referred me for a MRI scan.With my International coming up next month in Germany i'll hopefully be back on the ice soon training again. I had my first driving lesson today (even though i have a year and 4 months til i can take my test) in IceSheffield's over spill car park in Andrew Smykowski's car (3rd Senior Dance 2005) which was fun and it's still in one piece!! My dad is going snowboarding on Saturday(21st) in the French Alps with a group of friends so he's been busy getting ready for that.My younger sister, Alisha has been training this month and over christmas for the Novice Championships which are in Febuary at Sheffield.
